This is a customized program of any desired length where Elle is your go-to coach for individuals and teams in need of this type of performance coaching.
The fee is based on projected need over the year then discounted 15% from the above rates, evaluated quarterly. For example:
20 employees in the 3-month program, 3 employees in the 9-month, one retreat for leadership team, 10 workshops for various teams throughout the organization. Access to online courses and materials for participants and/or anyone in the organization.
A la carte price: $180K. Program price: $153K or 12 monthly payments of $13K.
