• 20-minute laser-focused virtual introductory sessions $1K
• 60-minute to 3-hour workshops (virtual/in-person) $3K - $5K
• day-long or multi-day retreats. $5K+

Pilot Program of Group plus Individual Sessions

• Choose from a 20-minute laser-focused virtual introductory sessions or a 60-minute workshop.
• Following the workshop, each team member receives a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session.
• Optional Group 60-minute Follow-up Session

Comprehensive Program for Your Organization

This is a customized program where Elle is your go-to coach for individuals and teams in need of this type of performance coaching.

The fee is based on projected need over the year then discounted 15% from the above rates, evaluated quarterly. For example:

20 employees in the 3-month program, 3 employees in the 9-month, one retreat for leadership team, 10 workshops for various teams throughout the organization. Access to online courses and materials for participants and/or anyone in the organization.

A la carte price: $180K. Program price: $153K or 12 monthly payments of $13K.
