Indemnification

Upon a request by Pressure-Free Living LLC, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pressure-Free Living LLC harmless and its subsidiary and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. International Use

Pressure-Free Living LLC makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Choice of Law and Forum

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

Payment and Renewal.
General Terms.

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Pressure-Free Living LLC the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable.

Automatic Renewal.
Unless you notify Pressure-Free Living LLC before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to Pressure-Free Living LLC in writing.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy.
As Pressure-Free Living LLC asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by http://www.ElleIngalls.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Pressure-Free Living LLC in accordance with Pressure-Free Living LLC’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy. Severability and Integration
